Q1: How can I order?

A: You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to the cart, login, and go through the ordering process. After the order is complete, you will receive an order summary to your email. The order summary will also be saved on your account on the website.

Q2: Why should I buy online?

A: It surely speeds up the process. By ordering online, you will get prices right away, and you will be able to go through the order confirmation process much faster. Clearly, you could save days of your time.

Q3: What information should I give when ordering?

A: Our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you should submit. Your contact number and permanent address are compulsory. This will make sure the shipment is not delayed because of the lack of incomplete contact and shipping address.

Q4: What payment methods can I use?

A: For now, you can only use cash on the Delivery method (COD). But soon, other payment methods will be introduced.

Q5: How can I change the delivery address?

A: Sign in to your account and go to “my account.” On “my account,” you can change all your contact information.

Q6: What are the delivery charges?

A: We only deliver in Karachi for now, and the charges are 250. But as soon the setup is in order, we will deliver nationwide.

Q8: Can I cancel my order?

A: If you want to cancel your order, please do as soon as possible. Once we have processed the order and you have received the confirmation email, you need to contact us and return the product. Please contact us at [email protected]

Q9: Do you have the product in stock?

A: All the products which are shown on our website are available. Order lead time depends on the products and quantities.

Q11: Can I return a product?

A: If you want to return a product, please contact [email protected].

Q12: How do I create an account?

A: Go to the page https://reflexions.pk/my-account-2 and create new account, fill in all the needed information, and click “create.”  After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified on your email address.

Q13: How can I retrieve my password?

A: You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?”. Instruction on password retrieval will be sent to your email.

Q14: How do I change my details or email address?

A: You can easily change all your information on your account.  Go to the login page (https://reflexions.pk/my-account-4), log in, then click “my account” and “edit.” Here you can change all your contact information.

Q15: What about the security of the website?

A: Our website is secured with an SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted, and it will not be available to third parties.

Q16: Can I track my order?

A: We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel is dispatched.

Q17: how long is shipping time?

A: Shipping times organically vary, but rest assured you would be sent an email after placing the order with details of delivery time.
