Yes, at Reflexions.pk, customer satisfaction is most important. We offer a 7–10 day return or exchange policy from the date of purchase. To qualify items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Any signs of use or damage of packaging or product will not be accepted.
Once we receive return product our quality control team will inspect the item and if approved we will process your exchange or issue a refund according to our policy.
